Mercadito Local Mini Latin market - Wrap Up

On Sunday, March 8th, following the worship service, congregation members were able to visit and shop from a group of Latin women. Each table featured homemade products made by local immigrant families who are exploring ways of supplementing their incomes. Everyone had an amazing time and all the food items sold out in record time (so yummy!!!). One of the highlights is that congregation members were able to watch a traditional dance performed by Fabiana. She performed wearing the traditional dress of Venezuela, her dress was made by her grandmother Elizabeth who was also one of the vendors.

The women were very happy and wrote out a very sweet card to the church thanking everyone for the opportunity. You can see a picture of the card below.
