Photo Directory - Book Your Photo Time

Please note that due to a scheduling conflict, we have had to cancel our photo bookings on September 15 - 18 and reschedule them to October 13 - 17. If you had booked an appointment you will need to book again with the new dates. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

A new photo directory is in the works and we need your help; we need photos to put in the book. The photo directory team has been hard at work and has hired ICP Canada Photo Services Inc. to take photos on October 13 - 17. Please book one timeslot for the members of your household so that we can include you in the directory.

You can book appointments at the below link. Amber will be available on select Sunday’s to assist people in signing up after church. Appointments are on a first come, first served basis. Please book early for the best availability. More information about your appointment can be found below.

Please check in at the library when you arrive for your photos.

Please be advised that you are signing up for your photography session only, the entire appointment will take 30 - 45 minutes. Please plan accordingly. Please be on time so that we can stay on schedule.

The selection of the directory pose and the portrait viewing will follow shortly after your photography session. (One convenient appointment).

The entire process (both photography and viewing of poses) should take approximately 30 to 45 minutes.

The portrait viewing will follow their photography session and they will have the opportunity to:
• select a pose for the directory
• sign a general release
• purchase portraits (no obligation)

Please wear bright clothing.
