Scrooge Wrap Up with Pictures
Thanks to everyone who supported Scrooge and came out to the see the show on December 13th and/or 14th.
Scrooge was the work of many hands. There were so many people who offered their time to support this production. The end result was due to a big community of care that worked tirelessly behind the scenes. We are especially grateful for the support of our amazing tech crew: Barrie Clayton, Mari Croizier, Britta Den Hoed, and Alastair Wilson. Costume support was provided by Gail Niinimaa, without which we would have had a tough time pulling off the look of Scrooge! Wayne Medhurst’s gifted prop design is always inspirational (the turkey looks real!). Trying to move the production between two sites was no easy feat, and Dave Churchill assisted with so many logistical pieces behind the scenes to make it possible. Thank you as well to Rev. Danah Cox for the amazing dinner served on Saturday evening, and to Tanya Wan Lim for the music support throughout the practices, and for accompanying the live shows.
Thank you to Val MacLeod for all the beautiful pictures.
