T&T Tricks and Hints from January

Please find attached the Hints and Tricks from the January meeting.  We have changed the format of the recipe page as it is easy to google the recipe if you wish to make it.  What we have chosen to do instead is to give you the unique hints and tips that Danah shares with us as those are not readily available on the internet! Hope this works for you!

Fair warning!  Danah will be away next month, and Andrew and I will be taking over....yikes!  If any of you want to help sous chef, let us know.  We are doing a simple meal that we make often at home that we are happy to share.  You will likely have lots of time to socialize this month!
