Lent Lunch & Book Study
Join us this Lent for a weekly lunch and book study rooted in thoughtful conversation and shared reflection.
We’ll read “Hope: A User’s Manual” by MaryAnn McKibben Dana; a practical and grounded exploration of hope as something we cultivate together in the midst of a complex and hurting world. The book invites honest engagement with justice, weariness, faith, and resilience, offering language and practices for sustaining hope over time. (Note: the church office will have a couple of copies available for short term borrowing)
Mondays in Lent (Feb 23 – March 30)
McDougall Site
12:00–2:00 pm
Free lunch provided (contributions welcome)
Registration isn’t required (drop-ins are always welcome), but if you plan to attend, letting us know assists with planning! Please contact the church office.
All are welcome.
