Important Announcement!

At our Annual General Meeting held February 21, 2021, a two year plan was tabled with a new configuration of ministry staff and cuts to the budget to allow for a sustainable future. (Adjustments in Administration are awaiting a review by an outside consultant.) Over the past two weeks, 4 open meetings were held by Zoom to get feedback from the congregation on the plan. The Planning Group has received the feedback and is considering if and/or how the plan can be adjusted to meet some of those concerns. Therefore, the Congregational meeting originally scheduled for this Sunday March 7 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm has been rescheduled to Sunday March 14 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm.

Next Tuesday we will email you documents for the meeting including:

• an agenda and motions;

• a simple overview of the plan; and

• frequently asked questions and answers from the Zoom meetings.

In the meantime, if you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to contact one of the Planning Group’s members. If you need their contact information, please call the office between 9 and noon Tuesday through Friday.
