Young Adult Group: Group Discussion
An evening of open, honest conversation about the importance of asking questions regarding faith, how to support each other when going through times of doubt and exploring how our faith answers some tough questions!
Who: Young adults (ages 18–30ish)
When: Sunday, November 23rd from 7 - 9 pm
Where: Basement meeting room — enter through the Soul Cellar Door at the back of the church (Southeast corner). Look for the sign.
Looking to unpack your faith, ask hard questions, or explore a more inclusive and authentic spirituality? This is a safe, welcoming space for young adults to wrestle with beliefs, share stories, and deepen their understanding of what it means to live in Christ-like love today. One of our ministers will be on hand to help with the discussion and working through questions.
Each gathering includes a short hands-on activity or song to help everyone feel comfortable, followed by open group discussion. We’ll start with a question box, explore Bible verses or parables connected to the theme, and draw on contemporary examples—from TikToks and YouTube videos to books, poems, and real-life stories.
Come as you are—curious, questioning, or confident—and join a community that values conversation, inclusivity, and growth.
This group hopes to meet twice a month, on the 2nd and 4th Sundays. All are welcome. Learn more about this group by visiting their webpage.
