Leadership Council: Volunteer Positions Week 5
Leading up to the McDougall AGM on March 1st, we will be reviewing each of the volunteer positions that make up our leadership council. Many of these positions are up for nominations. We encourage you to review these positions and consider whether one of them might be something you could do, or if you know someone else who would be an amazing fit. This week we will be looking at the Vision Team Leads/Co-leads and Other Members of the Leadership Council
Vision Team Leads/Co-leads
Vision Teams emerge out of the vision-related work of Council and have been approved by congregation at congregational meeting or AGM (e.g. The Affirming Vision Team)
The Vision Team is responsible for implementing initiatives related to the commitment made by the congregation to live out the vision.
In 2025 a Joint Visioning and Planning Group with members from McDougall Red Deer Lake United Church and Ogden United Church to oversee the visioning and planning related to the Shared Ministry team collaboration outlined in the 2025 MOU
