Beyond the Belongings: Creating Space to Honour Our Memories - Multiple Dates Available

Join us for a day of gentle exploration as we navigate the delicate process of decluttering after loss. In "Beyond the Belongings," we'll delve into the emotional terrain of grief and its intersection with our belongings. Through exercises, heartfelt discussions, and a little fun along the way, participants will learn how to honor memories, keep what matters most, and find ways to let go of the rest, in their own time. This session offers practical strategies and compassionate support for those navigating the path to a lighter heart and a clutter-free home, in the aftermath of losing a loved one.

This will be presented by Corinne Nairn from Shamrock Organizing.

There are 2 different dates / locations that this event is happening. One of the dates (June 15th) is at McDougall, the other session (October 5) is at Red Deer Lake United. Please make sure you sign up for the date that you want. If either date works with you, you can select the “Either Date Works” and we will put you in the one with space. If the events fill up please select the waitlist and we will get in touch if a space opens up.

The cost of this event is free and lunch is provided at no cost. however it does have a maximum number of attendees. Please let us know you are coming by signing up for a ticket.
